  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Unless it is a pre-order, it will take between 2-4 days for your order to be processed before shipping.

    Once your order has been shipped out:

    Expected delivery times:

    Canada: 2-7 business days

    United States: 3-7 business days

    International: 5-10 business days

  • How to change or cancel my order before I receive my parcel?

    You may cancel within 1 hour of placing your order. Unfortunately, If we’ve already begun processing it, we will not be able to cancel the order.

  • What about duties fees and taxes?

    United States: All customs, duties and taxes are included in your shipping cost.

    International: There may be duties or taxes upon arrival into your country based on where you live. Please note, HAËZEL does not have control over these and should you require more information, please contact your local customs office.


  • Wrong address disclaimer?

    Please reach out to hello@boutiquehaezel.com within 24 hours so we can make the necessary updates. Beyond this time frame HAËZEL will not be held responsible. We will try our best to find a solution, but will not be able to offer you a refund. 

  • How do I return a purchase?

    Should you be unsatisfied with your HAËZEL purchase, please email us within 7 days of receiving your product at hello@boutiquehaezel.com to initiate your return and receive directions on the next steps. Returned products should be in the same condition as received and in its original packaging.

  • How long does it take to process a return?

    A refund of your product will appear within 15-20 business days, after our location has processed your shipment. Please note that at this time, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back the product. The customer is also responsible for any duties, customs or taxes involved with this shipment. Any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase will be deducted from the final refund.

  • Can items on sale be returned?

    If an item is bought on sale, and returned, we will only be able to offer a store credit
